Account Deletion Request
This page explains how to request deletion of your PULSE Football Manager Online account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion
Send an email to admin@pulse-football.com from the email address linked to your account.
Include your username, the email address used for the account, and a clear statement that you want your PULSE Football Manager Online account deleted.
What happens after your request
- We may ask for limited information to verify that the request is coming from the account owner.
- After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with the account within a reasonable time.
- Some information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our terms.
